Felicity brings an incredibly diverse skill set to her role at JB Lee, and at the heart of it is an absolute passion for delivering a high level of customer service, as well as fostering and developing long standing relationships that stand the test of time. With formal qualifications in animal health and science, and two decades spent working locally in that field, she is a familiar face to many, and is known for her empathy, integrity and strong commitment to her local community.

Growing up on a lifestyle property in Labertouche and with a strong passion for animals , she is also well versed in the art of renovation and she loves nothing more than picking out a colour sample, or passing through the trades section at Bunnings, with a keen eye for detail and for enhancing the overall look and feel of a home.

Away from the office she is a busy and devoted mother to 3 children and thoroughly enjoys the benefits of living locally.
